This project involved the critical final phase cleaning of a luxury 35-unit apartment block in Kilimani, preparing it for immediate client handover. Our specialized team was deployed to remove all construction debris, paint splatter, adhesive residue, and fine dust embedded in finishes.
The challenge was managing a large scope with a tight deadline, requiring coordination with the developer's finishing contractors.
